July 2011: Absolutely Art wins Niche Magazine 2011 Top Retailer Award – Local or Regional Craft Gallery. NICHE Magazine 2011 Top Retailer Award for Local or Regional Craft Gallery. Winners were announced in a ceremony at the Buyers Market of American Craft on July 12, 2011, in Baltimore, Maryland. This is the industry's highest honor for a retailer of American and Canadian craft.

November 2010, Gallery Manager Meghan Blake-Horst was considered one of the "32 People You Should Know" in Madison, according to Madison Magazine. Meghan was listed as one of three "Retail Rockstars" in the section of the article written by Shayna Miller. It is also fun to note that Meghan's Mom, Sarah Whelan, was also one of the "32 People You Should Know"!

November 2011 – During an interview with the Badger Herald, Absolutely Art gallery owner Meghan Blake-Horst shared the results of her customer survey, noting that “among customers’ favorite Madison businesses are Daisy’s Café and Cupcakery, chocolatier Gail Ambrosius, the Willy Street Co-Op and A Woman’s Touch.”
